  Do you want to apply online at Volkswagen but first would like to learn what the application process involves? Then you’ve come to the right place! Here, we describe the most important online application forms.
The forms are arranged in several categories according to the tab principle. This allows you to determine which data and documents you should have ready to complete the individual forms. Within the application process, you can switch between the processing and viewing modes at any time.
In this form, you enter your personal data including resident address, date and place of birth, and any further contact information. 
Here, you document your previous practical experience including internships, previous professional experience and any experience gained in foreign countries. It is advised that you have your certificates and references ready. 
In the “Additional qualifications” form, you tell us about your foreign language and computer skills. Were you the chess champion in your school, do you play saxophone in a jazz band or are you captain of a hockey team? We are also interested in your “off duty” skills and hobbies! 
Describe your educational background here. If you have received additional professional qualification – for example by way of seminars, further training, Masters programs or similar – this can be entered here too. 
As a supplement to the data you enter in the forms, you should have the following documents ready in digital format for attaching to your online application: Your letter of application, CV, a photo, relevant certificates, e.g. school-leaving certificate, degree certificate, preliminary certificates (or grades achieved thus far, where relevant), references, internship certificates/reports and other assessments. You can attach a total of ten documents. The files, however, may not exceed 300 KB (per file) and must be saved in .doc, .rtf, .pdf, .jpg/.jpeg or .gif format.
